I’ve never had a great relationship with fitness. I go in and out of the same cycle. I start off all hands on deck for a three week spurt. Whether it’s yoga, running, biking, hiking, kickboxing, spin, and even with the BBG. And then, I burn out. And do absolutely nothing fitness related (other than walking 10,000 steps) for another three weeks.
And then it continues. I’m always searching for fitspiration to keep my workout game steady.
It’s currently Week 4 in my latest BBG fitness run, and I’m pumped to have stuck with it for nearly 30 days. I’ve been on and off the program for several years now. (See fitness cycle above). And since I’m due to appear in the white dress in 59 days (!!!) I want to ensure I stick with it through the end of Week 12.
There’s nothing like surrounding yourself with positive, inspiring, and kick-ass quotes to help push you to meet your goal. So I’ve pooled together some of my favorite fitness quotes to help get this party started. When 99% of the time I want nothing more than to sleep in, or read, or garden, or do anything other than lace up and workout.
